Baihao Yinzhen also known as White Hair Silver Needle, tea consists of only the buds of the plant and is very rare. Silver Needle tea is a unique white tea. It is considered the best white tea and also the most expensive. Unlike other teas, this tea is made exclusively of young . The young buds that make up this tea are needle-shaped and covered with fine hairs.The best tea comes from the first harvest - that takes place between March and early April, sometimes taking up just two days out of the year.
