A Beautiful Cup

I decided to look into tea to help with my stress. I researched the site and always came back to silver needle. I brewed my first 2 cups on Christmas Eve since a family gathering can always be somewhat stressful. This tea was the perfect fit for what I was looking for and I loved the light clean taste with a bit of local honey added. It makes me feel good because I know I am doing something good for myself. I drink it throughout the day to remind myself to not let the stress get to me. I used 2 tsps for and followed the directions on the sticker to the letter. I have used the first 2 tsps. 3 times so far and there has been no change in the taste like you would expect from used leaves(I am going to try for 5 times with the same leaves). If you're not sure about tea or want something without fuss silver needle is what you are looking for. I will be repurchasing since I never plan to be without this wonderful tea.
